The external meshing low-pressure gear system is fully sealed, leak free, environmentally friendly, energy-saving and efficient.
It is mainly composed of pump body, gear, shaft, magnetic driving parts, safety valve, etc.
All operating parts in the pump are self-lubricating with the medium delivered.
Gear has high strength, hardness and wear resistance after heat treatment.
There is a reasonable pressure relief circuit in the pump to ensure that the gear is not trapped in oil during operation.
The sliding bearing is made of suitable material, which can bear the unbalanced radial hydraulic pressure of gear, has strong anti pollution ability, meets the requirements of chemical medium without lubrication, and has a long service life.
It is equipped with overload protection of safety valve.
The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated pressure of the pump, which can be adjusted according to the actual needs within the allowable range of discharge pressure. When the discharge pressure exceeds the rated pressure of the pump, the safety valve will automatically open to ensure that the pump and motor will not be damaged due to high pressure.
Viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
